hi. do you hibernate? i could never imagine that people, specifically my close friend can do just that. i mean, his sleep debts are catching on him and he goes to hibernation mode for the entire day...which is understandable or even for 3 days straight.
my brother told this is natural and he knows some people who are just like that. me? i can survive with a few hours of sleep each day.
so i wanna hear from you... have a great day

Yes, I hibernate! Usually I do get a full night's sleep, but sometimes I do stay up way too long and then have to get up too early the next day, and that messes up my rhythm. So I would agree with your brother that hibernating, as you put it, is a natural and beneficial thing to do to play catch-up. I love to sleep!

Most definitely. I never go more than 24 hours though. The longest time I hibernate would be 16 hours, give or take half an hour. Usually after Christmas and before New Year. It's kinda nice catching up for the 350 days lack of sleep.

Last year, I did just that. I slept (or stayed in bed) like three-fourths of the day.
