Anyone can discuss about it openly..
In my Bangladesh,Eid is today being celebrated within a vvery festive look. by slaughtering beasts, its a symbolic significance that each one should slaughter his inner devils within it.
Now a days,we Muslim wana give a message to the terrorists that they should also give up their killing mission as Islam is a peaceloving religion.
All Muslims are ordered not to cut their hair & nail & so on along with not slaughtering two-legged living being(any kind of birds).
I,on behalf of all the Muslims over the globe paying Eid Greetings to all of the Christian,Buddhist,Hindu & Jews friends sharing this festival together.
Many happy returns of this day.
Regards.

Eid is one of our main festivals for Muslims like Merry X-mas Day u celebrate.
U may've heard a prophet Abraham once was ordered of slaughtering his son from God & later with the mercy of God, Gabriel was sent back to him with a beast from the heaven & in place of his son,Abraham slaughtered the beast....
U know, there r almost 80% similarities with Islam & Christian religion & i guess in ur holy Bible,u can get this story as a brief..
We,Muslims remember our prophets sacrifice & following him,we also slaughter the beasts for the gratitude of our God Allah & the meats from it is distributed to the poors & our neighbours..
Sacrificing it, we clebrate Eid & try to find a divine peace as well.
Thanks.
