We open the eyes to do everything but sleep! If your eyes get tired, what will you do? Sure, it is time to forget the internet and leave your TV alone! Besides, it is tired to play some games like pingpong and tennis too. Well, then, as you know, we still have to watch the small "balls" carefully! Listenning to radio is kind of boring nowadays! Talking with some buddies, compaions, etc whose eyes are not so tired seems not always fun! Think about it! Each of you just closes the eyes talking and talking! Isn't it weird or what?
So, what will you do? Do you just go to sleep? Any bright ideas?

A good question. We all are blessed with the light of eyes God has bestowed upon us. All work we do with our eyes, whether its PC, watching TV, reading, etc. etc. But we should not ignore them if they are tired. You can just listen to music while your eyes are closed. But still to give them full rest, one can alsways take a nap to rejuvenate your eyes. Happy mylotting!

I like the music! However, if it takes so much time, I will get bored! Haha
I recall in the past, listening to the music, talking about the connotation with my friends, which was really fun!

I think the best thing to do would be to go out for a round. Try looking at things with different colors. Or you can just call your friend and talk to them on the phone for a while with your eyes closed. I do that usually, i am in front of the computer more than 8 hours a day so my eyes get tired of the screen light and i go away and try doing something for a while and then get back to the computer..

If my eyes became somewhat blurred and beginning to sore and something watery then I will stop looking at the computer and stand up. I will start walking around, outside the office and look in the surrounding.
I also go down to the small garden in our company and sit for about 15 minutes there and look at the green plants, then I will close my eyes and breath fresh air. After that, my eyes feel relaxed and comforted. At night, when my eyes feel tired I wont force myself to watch tv and go to bed instead.

well if your eyes get tired the only way that you can take out the stress is my going to sleep or i should say that that would be the best method of destressing.....
but if you cant sleep at them moment then the other thing that you can do is take two slices of cucumber and place them over your eyes...that will cool down your eyes...take out all the heat from them and finally destress them....
you will find your self fresh after the cucumber therapy......
you could also take some rose water and wash them...which also helps in soothing the eyes.....

When my eyes are tired I usually get some of the eye drops my optometrist recommended to me. It is helpful also because I have allergies. They are over the counter, not medicine drops, and they refresh my eyes and help reduce the feeling of tiredness.

I use to the eye drops too! But according to the manual, I have to use it up after a month! Else, it will turn bad! But there are too many eyedrops in the small bottle

when i get tired or my eyes get tired... i usually go to bed, yes... but a lot of times i end up staying up because i'm online and i can't seem to pull myself away from the computer lol... i just get caught up in what i'm doing... but when it gets to the point that my eyes are closing on me i have to leave! i don't have anyone around to talk too at night so i will just lay in bed with my dog saber and sometimes i talk to him lol but usually just cuddle and fell asleep and it feels so good to finally close your eyes when they are tired and go to bed.

A trick I use if I can't get away and rest my eyes (for instance, if I'm at work or in the car) is to give my eyes a "massage". Start by putting your first two fingers right below the base of your eyebrows (the outer end by your temples) and slowly massage inward, continuing under the brow and around the inside corner of the eye to below your eye. I find it works best for me when I stay below the circles of my eye toward the end, rather than close up by the eye itself. This also helps loosening up my sinuses if I'm sick or feel like I'm getting a headache. Either way, it's a really quick fix to help give my eyes (or sinuses) a little more energy!

Ocular exercises are good for the eyes! We had been forced to do it before we went to the university! At time, lots of the students found it tirsome! Now, however, it is too late to realize its benifit!

By the way, to suck an orange dry is anothe good way to relax your eyes! Take care!

It depends. If my eyes are tired, and it's late at night, then I just go to sleep. The tired eyes are indicators from my own body that I am tired and I need to sleep. So I just go to sleep, and not force myself to stay awake. If I want to do something, then I'd just do it in the morning the next day.
But if it's daytime, and I have to do something important, but my eyes are tired, then I try to freshen up. Maybe I take a quick shower. Another way to solve it is to get a quick nap. But when I take a nap, I must be disciplined when trying to wake up and continue with whatever it is that I want to do.

HI....
You can do one thing to give rest to your eyes. Just if you hav a small cotton bud, dip it in rose water OR if u dont have rose water just dip it in a chilled water squeez a bit and keep it on eyes for 5-10 min. See you'll surely feel better.
Another thing you can do is just wash your face with water and without wiping off the water just sit below da fan looking towards it for 5-10 mins. This will also make you feel better...
