I think day dreaming is a pastime when we r alone... and it doen't boring....... Is day dreaming is good or bad, how much depth u can involve in these type of dreams?

Daydreaming can be quite productive because it differs from normal dreams, in that more than likely you're not going to forget what you were thinking about, which can lead to some very creative ideas being born.
I can't count the number of times I've just sat and idly thought about various things, only to have awesome revelations about different projects come to me. Sitting around daydreaming with a notebook and pen on hand, that's probably some of the most creative times I've ever had.

I think day dreaming is not bad if it does not affect the activities that you must do for the day. Haha.
