I'd laugh and try to do a louder fart to be honest. Farts are just a body function that we can't always control.

If you act smartly about it like make it look like a joke or just a funny incident then i guess it's not a major turn-off. The more you take it seriously or the more you feel guilty about it, you'll only send me a message that you're not confident about yourself so just act normal then you'll be fine.

yes, it would be a turn off to me immediately and any good impression i had earlier would suffer a deduction haha. not that i cannot accept you farted but you choose to fart in front of us in our presence when you can choose to do it quietly in a corner or excuse yourself to do so. i guess it is easier for woman to accept a man who farted in front of her than for a man to accept a woman who farted in front of him. just like nose digging, while i think it is unsightly for a man to do so in public but it is unimaginable for a girl to do it in public. maybe that is the difference between man and woman.

U shud exercise a bit of control, it doesn't occur all of a sudden, believe me it is easy, run away from the place in the pretext of something important, .............or if u can't hold up ur hip pull it a bit.......then blst it silences it down........hehehe
