What is your definition of happiness? Are you happy in your life?

People are happy when they are getting along with people that they love or that love them, people are happy when they are engaged in something that is challenging but not too hard. Sometimes we are too busy dealing with our daily chores that we forget about the simple happiness in life, like being healthy, or having family members around. At this weekend, I have a travel with my family. After a whole day's work, have a dinner with my girlfriend.Or relax myself after a project or an exam. I feel very happy. What is your definition of happiness? Are you happy in your life?
