I think that to treat animals as objects for our amusement is to treat them without the respect they deserve. When we degrade the most intelligent fellow mammals in this way, we act as our ancestors acted in former centuries. They knew nothing about the anomals' intelligence, sensitivities, emotions, and social needs; they saw only brute beasts. To continue such ancient traditions, even if no cruelty were involved, means that we insist on remaining ignorant and insensitive. What is wrong with circuses and rodeos? Do animals have rights? Please write your opinion and let' share with it.

Hi hxqyj. I think in the same way as you. I hate it. And yes I think that animals have rights too. We share the planet with animals, plants and water. So why the Men can't respect the others things in the planet? I disagree with this. I love all kinds of animals and I respect them.

I hate to see animals treated as amusement in circuses and rodeos, it is cruel, I don't believe animals should be treated in this way, they are other beings with feelings we treat them like they don't have feelings, this is why I am against looking for beings on other planets, because it will depend on how many legs they have to whether we treat them intelligently or if we round them up for human consumption, I honestly don't know how people can think that it is entertainment to see animals doing things they are not meant to do...I love animals and i think they are a lot more intelligent in their own way than we can even understand.. we humans have managed ruined this woeld with our intelligence...
