please help win spyware virus

ok i keep getting this virus and it doesnt matter what i do as far as crashing out the pc and redoing everything it just stays. it eats the memory up and destorys my motherboards. i keep getting that message that wants me to scan my hard drive for a virus and download win200? how do i gt that off my pc? someone here told me before and i did it and it worked but i lost the directions on how to do it. i dont wnt to lose another pc to this i hav lost 3 so far in the last 2 years. please help. i didnt hit the download button i know better but it just keeps popping up and my pc is running slow and as soon as i connect online i get a warning message and then i start getting memory low and memory warning messages please help

Please restore your PC if you know the exact date it happened or get your PC formatted.
I don't know the exact thing but you should try avoiding any site that even say you to download a activex control.Some video sites say that.You have wriiten that you didn't download anything but these things can also come through something else.
I messed my PC when I downloaded something and it said Securit toolbar and I couldn't get rid of that thing.I did format my PC and second time restore my PC.It keeps on annoying with pop-ups and telling you have these viruses and then re-directs to a site to get an antivirus,antispyware etc.

You could try getting the hard disk reformatted, if all else fails. cheers!!

Frankly speaking I don't know much about this virus as I haven't got something of such before,but you can try to locate the file containing the virus,then manually delete it or reformat the system and install the operating system fresh,if that won't work,then you might have to change your hard drive completely,perhaps it's somewhere on the hard drive(probably among your document) and you kept copying it back into the system after re-installing the operating system.If can also try some anti-virus,I don't believe that among all these anti-viruses we have that none won't be able to clean it off your system.

omg!! this is the most annoying virus i have ever had. i have gotten it probably 10 times! what u have to do i delete all of your internet files then go and search every file by hand and delete it. anti virus programs dont work against it. so either do it by hand or find someone to do it for u. gl tho!
