Traffic exchange sites

I have two traffic exchange sites in my profile I have been doing this for awhile and managed to gain some referrals from this.It is very easy to do and free to join.I am wondering if anyone here has had any experience with these traffic exchange sites and what your opinion is on them?Maybe someone here could recommend another site to me.I like that these are a free way to promote my blog,and it is as easy to do as any ptc site.

I think you need to develop a plan for yourself as to how much time you want to spend on the traffic exchanges. You can have a few that you use cause you will probably have different people seeing your sites. It also depends on what you are trying to promote there. If a product you will most likely not have success. Your goal should be to build your list. There are some good guides out there that teach you how to improve your results from traffic exchanges.
