We (my team) went to some provinces to held a Christmas Carnival for the kids. I was given the task of coordinating the food stuff. We were with other foreign team. Its hard because we dont eat same food with them.
Some people from my team bugs me about some stuff that really irritates me. I cry out of dissapointmet because of what they did. I want to yell at them but hold myself.

Well.. I would. I know the situation, the disappointment while you know that you could not do anything about that. It was very stressful and emotional situation and I believe most people would just cry in the situation. I think it is okay to let your emotion out because when you just keep it yourself it would just like a ticking timebomb which would blow up whenever the time is up. Just let it out once in a while and let them know that you have your feeling, which they need to know
