Do you listen to rumors ?

I do listen to gossip. Maybe I'm one of the few that enjoy it. Is it the right thing to do? Probably not, but I'm curious! Do I believe everything I hear? Absolutly not! Do I think someone is gossiping about me? Probably! LOL Again I apologize but I am curious about people. I also dont agree with the poparatzi stalking famous people and endangering their lives just for a photo or gossip. Looking at magazines and hearing about not so good stuff that some good people do just tend to make you feel like hey they are normal people too. That your life isnt so bad when someone like that has some skeletons in their closet too.

I hate rumors and gossip. I have seen it destroy peoples lives. If I hear it I put a stop to it which is not the popular thing I can tell you. People tend to get offended when you tell them that you don't want to hear it and I have even been refferd to as snooty when I confront people and tell them I don't want to hear it. But that's ok. At least they don't tell it to me and hopefully they will stop and think before they repeat it elsewhere.

Sometimes I get told something I wish I did not have to know,but on the hole listening to gossip is not my bag .I have come across people you track round the whole village to let everybody know about someone else's bad luck,don't listen if I need to know other peoples business they will tell me themselves.

not really i hate ppl who spread rumours! and i dont care wht they have to say like if someone told me something abt someone i wuld go and ask them the truth instread of listenting to the rumor! happy lotting and have a nice day!

I listen, but usually dismiss rumors and gossip as false. I myself have a few bad experiences with gossip and try to avoid it as much as I can.

No, I try not to listen to rumors. Because they are ugly. Because they are untrue. In this way people try to explain something that they do not know about others. Usually we make rumors about those people who remain big secrets to most of the us. And through gossips we are just trying to discover and find out- who is this person? Also when we have a competitor that we can not defeat in the honest fight, a gossip might help to ruin this competitor from the inside. Make him suffer. Make him dizzy and not to understand: what is happening. This is why I don`t listen to them. I try to discover the truth about person in a face-to-face conversation. I have saved many relationships this way, because others have made bad rumors about a person that this person did not do.

i just read it for fun and move on. i dont dwell on it, whether it is true or false. it is just for entertainment. i dont really pay much attention to it. even if i read it, i usually forget about it soon after. it is just something to do for bored people. nothing to really take seriously...

I don't like to be with people who likes gossiping nor listen to them. I don't even know the names of my neighbors. I knew a lot of people and some friends who knows what's going on with other people's lives especially their neighbors. It's like they do it as their pastime and sometimes they just gossips all day long. I don't even like to read magazines which has a celebrity gossips on it.

I do not like gossip at all and do not listen to it. I think it is just a way that people try to lower other people, and make themselves look better. I hate it, it is so high schoolish.

I have come across rumours many times. But I do not trust always. Neither I entertain people who are always gossip hunters. Because it ultimately end up by giving you nothing.
