Is Speaking on English is Very hard......???

Hi to All
Well, After a Week later I Just Visit a English Language Center So here are lot of People Learn English & Some Spoken But not Very Clearly So I Just Start a Chat With Some Teachers & I Say "English is Very Easy Language I Improved my English using on Computer & Internet & Spoke English Sometimes with chat friends Not nicely But So So" Teachers on a Coaching see me Like am a Crazy & Say "Without English grammar You Don't Really Understand & Spoke English Because English is very hard language & No one Spoke English if he/she Don't Understand a grammar & He Say Improving on Computer & Internet is Useless Because Your are not a Native One so You can't understand & Spoke Really He Give me Some Shocking Confusion Like He Ask me "What is means By Either" I Say "Both" & He Laugh at me He Asked Me many questions like this & Can You Believe me??? I am not any nice on English Grammar Also. So I Was totally Confused & Worried About it I ask You mylotter is Improving English on Internet its totally Useless??? If So Why We Waste Our Time Here???

well in english language you must care full of your grammar ,punctuation,your fluency is must very countable and these things are necessary for english language .
i also hate these languages in which the grammar ,puntuation are used very hard .my enlish is nothing in between myloters members and my friends i am nothing in front of these peoples

h tushavi, english is not my dialect back home, i live at philippines, but during my school days we use english already in most of our subject, for me english is not hard to learn with, we people just need to confidence and determination to aim that we can make it. in my case i leant english in many ways:
watching english movie
reading new paper (since most of our news paper was written in english)
pratice speaking english, by reading loud.
and most of all reading english in any kinds will really help, and i would to tell u that yes englisg in internet will help u imporove your knowledge, just be patience and dont stop, at the end u will have what u want and u wont notice u are fluent on english already. i already, i rate my self at average in writing and speaking english and im happy already, cuz i know someday i will speak like a spokening dollar too. LOL
