Yes I did. It took me a while to find out that the gifts came from my Mom. I have carried the tradition forward with my daughter. She too eventually found out that it was Mama Santa. But the joy in her eyes and the mystery was worth every bit. I think we should learn to be more fun and less practical in some things. Else it takes away the innocence of childhood.

Yes I believed in Santa when I was a kid and yes my kids believe in him. The is an older gentleman here is the town I live in who looks like Santa. My kids think he is Santa. We see him ALOT at the local restrauant and my kids run over to him saying hey Santa. And he plays the part well. HE puts them on his lap and asks if they have been good.
When I was a senior in high school we had little kids come out our school and we gave out gifts to them and he played our Santa for us.

Im happy to hear someone stills lets their children believe in Santa Claus, I mean its just to make them happy after all isn't it? so why not make believe and let the kids think the Fatman with big fat tummy and white whiskers is Santa.Ho-Ho_Ho- Merry Christmas...Thanks for your response.

What? Santa isnt real? I suppose your going to tell me the Easter Bunny and tooth fairy aren't real either. Lol
I love the fact that children believe, I am dreading the day when my children realise that Santa isnt real and I have lied all these years. My 7 year old is loooking forward to it. Christmas is a magical time with kids
