Who lie a lot between men and women??

The gender does not have anything to do with with who lie the most. I believe it depends on the moral upbringing of the person. There are those who were raised in a home where lying is just a way of life but there are those who were morally trained that honesty is a virtue.

I think women usually lie with their boyfriend. She will not show her true identity to her boy friend. She will act good in front of her boy friend. She will care pretentiously to her boy friend. She will try to close her bad habit to her boy friend.

hi loxion! i think lying is not gender sensitive. it really depends on a person--his upbringing, his values, his character. so both men and women are capable of lying. and both are capable of being good liars. they are very good cheaters, too. take care and God bless you! merry christmas!

I think they are probably equal on this Loxion. I myself hate lies and I always tell my children to tell the truth no matter what. The truth always comes out in the end. I can see what you are saying and my father in-law always says he does not tell lies, he just does not tell my Mother in-law things to make her worry. She says he lied to her but not telling someone and protecting them is not lies. My husbands brother lies a lot and his Mother says he even convinces him self that it is true. I really think we are all equal on this one.

I don't think you'll ever know, you can make a poll about it, but liars will of course lie and say they always speak with the true. I think honesty is about the person, not the gender. If you ask my opinion though, I think it's probably 50/50. Rich

Well, Loxion, interesting discussion. I would hsve to say that this is not really something that can be based on gender alone, but rather one's personality and perceptions. there are many men and women who lie for many different things, wether it is to gain something or to get outof trouble. there are even those that lie so much that they actually believe their own lies. I have known a few of these people myself. the fact of the matter is, a lie is a lie no matter who says it, man or woman. I feel that both genders lie equivically.
