problems with mysearchfunds contact

does anyone use mysearchfunds here? they now owe me around 50 pounds, and everytime i email them i get an instant email back saying that there email address is wrong. have i been totally scammed? i spent hours promoting there site for them and havnt got paid a single cent! anyone got any info?

You may be doing it the wrong way causing problems in your attempts to contact mysearchfunds. One hour after you posted the discussion I sent an email to them. They have not paid me either and they owe me GBP 32. A few minutes ago I received a reply stating my query has been forwarded to the finance department. Did you write down your ID before the subject title? What address did you send your email to? Any of the addresses below? info@homepages-friends.com support@homepages-friends.com helpdesk@homepages-friends.com A reply within 9 hours is good. Do give one of the addresses a try. yes i have tryed this address info@homepages-friends.com for the past few months, and i straight away get an email back saying that the email could not be delivered as the email does not exist... but i will try the others u have given me thanks, and ill let you know what happens

you're not the only one. they owe me about 20 pounds since October. Unlike you, i got the correct email with my ID as the title. The customer service got back to me within the next day saying she had forwarded my email to the finance department. However, till today, i'm yet to get my money.
