I just tried to make my own puff pastry... And it didn't turn out well... By the 3rd roll, I think I rolled the 2nd time too thin, so the butter just played peekabo with me... Made a simple flaky pastry instead... WAY EASIER.. :p Will attempt again next week.. Anyway, was just wondering, how many of you would taste the hassle to make your own puff pastry... (I can sense the laughter from all of you)... I thought it would be nice to reap the rewards of homemade puff pastry...
