heard of 1on40? get to the top of google search

has anyone heard of this site, 1on40? i affiliated for them, they say they can get you to the top 40 searches of google and yahoo, for a proce. people paid alot of money i am told and now nothing has happened. i know i didnt get my money they were spose to pay me around $500 au, i hate scams like this, because i always feel guilty. because these people say they r going to pay me to help them spread the word. and then they do nothing but scam and hurt peoples wallets. what is this world coming to!?
