What do you like most about Windows Vista

Hi MyLottians, Vista has been a disappointment so far and many Windows users are already looking forward to the New Windows replacement. I believe there is still some value to Vista. I have used Vista before and is still sticky with Windows XP for its stability and compatability. However, the 2 things that I love most about Windows Vista is the cool Graphic User Interface (GUI) and the voice command feature. If you spend some time on recording voice commands and investing in a good mic, it makes the PC more interactive and responsive to my voice. A new level of experience. All that the voice command cannot do is to "Switch On" the computer. Do share what do you enjoy or like most about Vista. Thanks for viewing...

The best thing about Vista for me is the Search field if you are using the standard menu setting. It makes files and programs easy to find because all you have to do is to type the keyword.

Hmm...I seldom use the search function even in XP. Perhaps I am too much into the voice command part. Thanks for sharing...

It's not the search function which XP also has. It is just the rectangular box on the menu that stated "Start Search". It's really convenient.

I do not need windows vista. I am quite happy with my xp. This is good enough for me. Cheers!!

My Vista is only meant for entertainment. The XP is meant for a general use. They serve a different purpose in my computer. But the market will soon drive XP into history. I only hope Windows 7 will be a better operating system than XP and offering the best of XP and Vista. Thanks for sharing...

well lets seee...jus the user interface thats all. i got vista home premiuim running on an acer aspire, Athlon X2, 1gig ddr and am not impressed. i use to run xp on 512mb and it ran great. ever since i got my laptop am consider re-formatting and going bac 2 xp but i dont kno if they wrote vista specific codes on the hard drive so it wont run as good. am thinkin upgrade memory too. again i think microsoft owes all registerd users of vista a FREE COMPLETE URGRADE to the next version for havin wasted on a vista run pc........
