Did you had crazy neighbors?

I had a crazy old man living in the apartment below mine. He was paranoid. Whenever I went to the bathroom he thought I was trying to flood his place and was calling the police. When a worker fixed my walls and nailed two paintings, he thought I was installing surveillance cameras in his home (yes, he was living below my apartment!) and told the other neighbors I was trying to kill him, that I was a spy, a evil woman paid by the KGB to spy on him. Etc. At first, I laughed about it. The when cops started to show up my door and check my apartment every month, I began to worry. After a while the cops had learned the address and stopped showing up at my door. Two years ago the old man's wife passed away. Since then he's always sitting on a bench outside the block, looking at people passing by. Sometimes he yells at them, I don't know why. Did you had any crazy neighbors? What did they do?
