Do you like optical mouse or scroll mouse

optical mouse is cool i prefer optical mouse to scroll mouse . using wired mouse is recommended because i find the wireless mouse to be heavy and often the batteries are to be replaced which most of us dont prefer. moreover optical mouses have a longer life than the scroll ball mouse the optical mouse dont use the ball so there is no chance of the ball slipping. so guys prefer the latest models they stylish, comfortable and durable.

as of now, we are using optical mouse... i do like it better than the ones we have before, the one with a ball at the center. my kids especially my son loves to use it. my husband had given the mouse we used to have in their office a year ago...

You are right saichandtalluri, there are so many types of computer mouse available in the market. In the very earlier days there was no choice and I had to use the rolling mouse which we could find a ball on the bottom part of it. Later on I use the optical mouse until now. I find using optical mouse is far convenient than using a scroll mouse. Since I have received a new wireless laser mouse I find it is best of all. Anyway I still love my old optical mouse and use it together with my desktop frequently when surfing net and doing mylot posting at home. I believe what type of mouse we are using is not so important as long we are happy and find convenient and comfortable when using it. Have a nice day and posting.

I use an optical mouse on both of my computers. They work better than the old scrolling type mouse, and they don't require the constant cleaning the old type requires...

Of course , optical mouse, simply because it is very responsive.I had old mouse, the one with the scroll ball. It always had a problem while maneuvering the mouse on screen simply because with time dust gets gathered around the ball which makes the movement very limited. Its obvious that optical mouse with wire or wireless is preferred compared to the old one

I presently use an optical mouse but its not wireless .i prefer the optical mouse to the one with the ball ,less parts to clean.I wouldnt mind getting a wireless mouse tough,more freedom

I use optical as for a moment and i like it for it is very convinient than using the mouse which has a round ball. I dont like the wireless mouse for it can easily misplace when you use it. Optical mouse is still the best for me.

Definitely optical. Scroll mice get spoilt a lot quicker as they tend to catch dirt inside the mouse. Optical is longer-lasting and gives smoother use. Even better is a wireless optical mouse. You didn't say which you prefer?

I prefer optical mouse, whether it's wireless or with cord as long as it is optical. Why? because it's lighter and respond better since I don't have to worry about the dirt that usually sticks with the mouse ball of the old model mouse.

i prefer optical mouse because its versatility and its easy use but i dont use this wireless mouses because they are not working properly sometimes......
