Can anyone suggest a website that offers cheap web hosting?

Hi everyone. I'm pretty new here. I want to put up a website, probably for blogging, or a personal website. I heard that Godaddy has the cheapest rates but offers good service. I visited their website and it seems true. Does anyone have any experience with them and can anyone suggest better webhosting/domain name sites?

You can try http://www.accuwebhosting.com/ . They offer cheap web hosting for both windows and linux server.

If you are looking for a subdomain you can get it for free from so many sites. http://takemoneyfromnet.blogspot.com this is my blog and you can see some sites which offer you with free sub domains and they also help you to host your own domain cheaply. www.doteasy.com will also provide you a cheap hosting services. If you are a beginner,its better to host a free subdomain and when you became expert host your own domain,otherwise it will lead to some wastage of money because of the improper utilization.

Hi sixclix,, I don't know what godaddy's cost is.. but I have a website hosted by vista prints and it is under $10.00 per month... also if you buy a domain name through Genesis domains they will host your website for free for as long as you signed on for the domain name.. like mine was a 3 year domain purchase for under $20 and I recieved a free hosted website for that whole duration.. also you may want to try Vox.com.. I think that is free.
