What can "Brown" do for you?

For me, "Brown" can deliver my packages!! I have a couple of packages that are coming by UPS, if they ever get here. I've tracked them for days. On Mon they were in transit. Then they said they had to correct the address - it IS the correct address. Then they tried again to deliver. Then again - need to correct address. My husband called them and told them how to get to our house.
We live on a little street off the main road and people have trouble finding us at times. But we've been here for 13 years and have had UPS deliver lots of times. In fact, they delivered a couple of packages just last week. Now they have trouble finding us? What's up with that? One time they said they delivered a package to our front porch. I was home all day and never got it. They left it at the wrong house. Lucky for us those people were nice enough to put it into our mail box and we got the package the next day.
I dont' understand why they are having so much trouble finding our house. We have a mail box at the end of the street with our name in huge letters and our house number on it.
If they would use the same driver every time instead of using a new one each time, they would have no problems.
Have you ever had a problem with delivery people bringing your packages?

I think you answered your own question about why they are having a hard time finding your house all of the sudden.. because they keep sending different drivers. I'm not sure how UPS works if certain drivers approve of the delivery or maybe request them?
I know that Avon is a pain in the butt! I use to sell it and 80% of the time when I lived in the nice town I sold it in, my packages would be missing things and I would find out that they were out of stock. Sometimes I would only get one box and I couldn't put a whole order together. It was very upsetting around Christmas time because a lot of people were counting on these purchases and what was I to tell them? Good thing they were nice and patient with me because I would have probably been up a creek without a paddle if they were not.

I have never had this problem.
I agree with you about them finding it sometime and then other time they can't. I think I would notify them that I have not moved I am in the same place and that is where I want my packages delivered.
I wonder myself about the deliveries. I have had packages delivered and they do not knock or ring the door bell they just leave the package on the porch and leave. It would be nice if the would let you know they are out their.

The other day I came home from somewhere and had 3 boxes sitting outside my gate. Good thing I live back off the road so no one could see them. I finally got these today. The driver was one who had been here before. He couldn't believe the other driver was having so much trouble finding us.
