do you want to buy a house?and when you can buy it?

every human being struggle for home,land,power and money in his life.my dream is to live with my family in my own house in a peaceful location having greenary all around.presently,i started saving the money for fulfill my dream.

Yes i want buy a house. When? maybe next year, i can't buy house this year cos crisis economic all price so high. So i must wait until the crisis economic pass, and the home market price being normal. I don't want buy anything this year.

I would really like to buy a house soon. My wife and I have been saving up for a house for several years. We thought about buying a house a couple of years ago but could only afford about 5 or 10% as a down payment. Fortunately we didn't buy a house a couple years ago because now it would be worth significantly less than what we would have paid for it. Now that the housing market has come down significantly we may be able to buy the same type of house at about 10-15% less than what it was two years ago. However, the economy and market are somewhat questionable right now so we are planning to keep looking for now and hopefully we might find something in a year or two.

Of course everybody wants to have their own house. I and my husband with one baby rents an apartment and it really affects the monthly budget because 30% of his income goes to the rent. And I am not yet working because I need to take care of our baby so it would be better if we can have a baby sitter as soon as possible. We are planning to buy a house in 5 years time maybe because here in Philippines it is very hard to find a house in a good location, affordable and near to his working place. Anyway I really hope and believe that we can have our own home as long as we have each other. We don't want our money just go to the owner of the apartment forever.
