Okay all you midnight snackers, I know you're out there. What are your dreams like after you have your snack and go to sleep? Do certain foods cause certain dreams for you? I know if I eat while in bed (usually watching a movie) and then go to asleep I have the most unusual, crazy dreams. Of course I can never remember them long enough to share them with anyone.
So what about the rest of you? Do you have the crazy dreams after eating? And more importantly, do you like the crazy dreams that spawn from midnight snacking?

I don't so much notice vivid dreams from snacking. For me, when I sleep makes more of a difference for getting those crazy, twisted dreams. If I have an opportunity to nap in the afternoon, I find I have way more of those kind of dreams. Have never been able to figure out why, because on the rare occasions that I take a nap, it's in the same bed where I sleep at night. Being a fan of fantasy and horror fiction, I've always liked having that kind of dream. Like you though, I don't remember them to too long after I get up. They sure feel real while they're happening though, don't they?

They do feel so real... It's great, I love it. I have started keeping a notepad or my laptop close by so I can jot down what I remember... They are fun stories for friends, sometimes. lol
