Should India tour Pakistan in 2009?

i knw sports shld be kept away from politics but its terrorism and its deep we got to put put pressure on pakistan from all possible sides

Under the present circumstances, NO. For starters, the security scenario is pathetic in Pakistan. It is estimated that the Pak Government does not have control over 50% of its land. When two country are at loggerheads, what good will a cricket match do. It will only fuel up more hatred. The media bashing by television channels has reached alarming heights.This has led to genuine dislike for each other among the commoners of both countries. In such situations it is better to suspend the cricketing ties till situation returns to normalcy.(hopefully soon)

Hello,Sanu! When other cricketing countries have rejected to tour to Pakistan to play cricket series on the grounds of security,India should not venture to play matches in Pakistan.So in the present context India should abandon the series scheduled to start next month,not even in neutral venue.thanx.

no india shld to cut all cricketing ties wit pakistan unless it has dealt wit terrorism. even in the champions league indian team shld avoid playin any match against pakistani team
