Is this kind of PTC sustainable

There is a nice new site whit nice layout instant payments and everything. But there is one big different from the rest instant paying PTC sites I have seen. There is about 10 ads to click as standard. The payout is only 5 dollars. I think this is just too good to be truth, despite of my doubts I am clicking there at this moment. I hope I can withdrew my money before it turn into scam:) So do you think the site with so many ads to click every day and low payout like this is sustainable in log term?
