What do you think about the evolution of human rights since the U.declaration?

today, december 10th , is the Celebration of 60 years, since the Universal declaration of human rights in 1948. do you think that human rights are respected enough now ? and have this universal declaration, changed anything in the world's situation? pesonally i think that human rights still not respected in the whole world, and that we have a long path in front of us, to make this Universal Declaration owned by every one of us. because it belongs to every body, and each one has to claim it as it's own code of life, to just preserve his dignity and freedom.
