who want's to be a dj?

A DJ at a club or a DJ at a radio station? Ive worked in radio for about 9 years, it's not all fun and music like some expect :) Its a lot of hard work, a serious grasp of computers, and being able to work some crazy hours. I started as an intern when I was in high school, worked my butt off, and moved up thru the ranks. I quit DJing on air a few years back when they started telling me what to play and what to say. Corporations just sucked the fun and artistic freedom right out of it. I worked in rock radio for 5 years and now work in talk radio behind the scenes. I still wouldnt trade it for anything, i meet really interesting people daily and the kind of people drawn to this kind of job are really cool folks.
