Conquer your fears by reprogramming yourself. Its a simple process. When I was young I had all kinds of nightmares. Things always chasing me, trying to get me, and hurt me. Then I said enough is enough. I stopped running, and started going after them. I chased them down, hunted them down, and attacked them. After doing that for a bit I stopped having nightmares.

I just think of something nice before I go to sleep. Something funny my kids have done and such. But if the bad dreams persist you might want to check into what is causing them. Usually it's related stress in your life. In your sleep you brain is trying to work out things that you have experienced the day before. That's why you dream. Bad experiences will trigger nightmares.

all thats gonna do is give you a neck ache and bend up a bible.. try to figure out what is behind your bad dreams.. nightmares and dreams are a way of your brain working through stress or trauma while you sleep which turns into dreams.. some times if its about a certain thing that maybe has happened to you lately you can figure out a therapy to deal with it or just understanding where its coming from helps
