how would you react to a person who just happen to shout or yell at you for not knowing what's the reason behind?

I had this experience before. Some woman called me on the phone. She yelled, screamed and cursed me. I just let her speak up. When she finished, I asked her who she wanted to talk to. It turned out that she wanted to talk to someone else and had the wrong number. I heard a long silence but I gave her a bit of advice, before cursing someone, ask if for the correct person or else you will be shamed. Served her right.

Oh how could he do that? He don't have the right. He don't know much. How could he yell to me just like that? It's so surprising and irritating if it happens. He should have told me the reason before yelling at me. I think I would understand. But yelling without saying what's your fault, isn't it devastating? Of course, I would yell at him too.lol.

I think it would depend on the mood I'm at at that moment. Sometimes, I could be very sober, so maybe I'll just let that person finish and then talk to him civilly. But if I'm not in the mood myself, I might yell at him back and talk to him in a louder voice to get hold of the situation. Oh, yeah!

..oh.. that's bad.. However, if that happens to me, I would try to keep quiet until that person cool down.. Then I will talk to him later and clear things.. Everybody has that tendency specially if we are faced with problems.. We have to understand that feelings are sensitive.. We have to understand other people of their behavior.. But we have to talk to them also to let them know that what they did or what they are doing is bad..
..Good day..
God bless..
