Well we all need the recommended amount of sleep but i know what you are going through bc for the past week i've only slept like 3 hours. Been crazy studying as u said. The think that helped me is like the 'power nap' that i took before going into the exam. i took about an hour or so before i had to go to school to take my finals. but yeah we need rest its necessary for our health. Lack of sleep is caused by stress 2... don't u think? maybe u are thinking too much, that always occurs with me.

Hello, anjotorotoro.
I am sure that every person has a different system. If you are sleeping only two hours in two days and you can still be up, and you feel good, then keep studying. However, do not push it. If you are feeling way too sleepy, the wisest choice it would be to take some sleep. After all, a tired mind cannot learn too much. But when you sleep and feel refreshed, you can go back with all energy and learn twice as much as you would if you were awake and tired. Go ahead, take some sleep if you need to. But if you feel fine, then I see no problem in continuing.
Respectfully,
Munhozmib.

That's not good. I get 5-6 hrs of sleep daily and I still think i need some more hrs of sleep. You won't be able to focus on anything if you don't get enough sleep. Go to bed and charge yourself to gain back some energy. Yes, we're like cellphones that needs to be charged also. Take care.

people like this should realise their body need rest. you cant let your body in this situation coz not only you become tired, weak and losing focus, but your body would become less resistance on viruses and diseases. these in return will affect you in long term. having sleep at least 6 hours a day, will make your body working well. but dpnds on age, the need to sleep varies. kids need sleep at least 8 hours. teenagers sleeping hours ranging from 6-8 hours a day. while most adult could stand sleeping only 4 hours a day.
