Is it Ok to copy blogs from other blog sites? Of course the credit will be given to the blogger.

it depends on the blog...Some blogs pays for every review you can give them...So it really depends on the situation...We have site's that pays the reviewers about the blog like payperpost...for every review you can get $5 atleast 150 words ...

I think it depends what your blog is about. If you are blogging/reviewing other sites then yes as long as proper credit is given. Never copy someone elses content and put it on your site without giving proper credit otherwise you could end up with some no so nice emails and comments.

I think it is okay if referring to it makes a point in the discussion you are starting. And as you say, it is necessary to give credit where due.
Be sure to read the guidelines well. I may be interpreting this one wrong myself.
