How much time do you devote...and why?

to mylot? How much time in a day...a week...a month?? Do you make it a point to log on every day, even if it's just for a few minutes? What are the different reasons that bring you back to myLot on a daily basis? We're all brought together and gather here for different reasons, and I want everyone to share that here. I'm very interested to hear about someone that spends enough time on here to make it a full time job, or who spends the most time on here? I would love to hear how much money the people that spend most time on here make as well...just curiosity I guess! :)
Me, well I've only been on here for 4 weeks or so. I try to make it on for at least a little while each day, but once in a while miss a day. I don't get to spend more than a couple hours in a day since I work a full time job and have a family to take care of. In four weeks I've accumulated a total of over $7, which considering that it doesn't take much effort, isn't to shabby! I originally joined myLot as a means to be able to save some money each month. I've been trying to save money from my full time job for a few months, but my husband got laid off from work in October so it's been pretty tough to be able to put any money in savings. But since spending time on here pretty much on a daily basis, the earnings are just a bonus...it's really the conversation and advice that I find really rewarding! I had no idea when I first started that it would be this rewarding. I love reading other peoples stories and giving any advice I have to offer.
Anyways...I could go on and on about how much I love spending time on myLot, but I'll spare ya'll and just let you take a couple minutes to respond now :) Thanks for reading and happy myLotting!!!

I originally started mylot because I heard you could make money and I was looking to make money from home. I have been a member for about 2 months, I think, I haven't made but 6 bucks. I try to get on here everyday, but not all days. If I am on here it's only for about an hour or so. I would also love to be able to make this a full time job, but I don't think that is possible.
Now I don't do it for the money, I do it because of the same reasons you have stated. I love reading and giving advice to other peoples stories. I have met some very nice people too.

I think it really depends on how long your responses are and how accurate they are to the discussion you are posting to. But more of how long they are. I really don't worry how long mine are I just say what I have to say and be done.
Also you get more faster by posting discussions. And how many answers you get, I think.
Happy mylotting!! :)

Thank you for the input. That's so weird how different people make different earnings. You're post number is 327 and have made about $6 you said...my post number is 135 (or something like that I think) and I have almost $8 in my account. I wish I could figure out this pay system and know what it is that I'm doing that makes me the most money. But I am like you, I try to get on at least for a little while everyday. I log in as much as I can at work when I have some spare time, then I spend time in the evenings when I'm not busy with my son or after he's gone to bed. Thank you for taking the time to respond! :)

I am also a new user here. I have taken part in the discussions for three days and on average I have spent 2-3 hours a day. My earnings are at $0.55. Recently the site is taking abnormally high time to load resulting in loss of my energy and time. When I will reach payout, I dont know. However, i will love to reach it as quickly as possible as i have wasted much of time in other sites to earn more but have been scammed. Here it is not the case as is evident from the proof of payments so many have posted. Happy mylotting to all

I try to log on 2 or 3 times a week and post 5 to 10 posts each time. It takes me a year or so to make it to the $10 payout, but I don't always meet my personal log in goals.
I have some time off work and am planning to log in 5 days a week and make 20 posts a day. I will see where that gets me!

Thank you for the response. I love the fact that you can log in as little or as much as possible, that's what makes the earning potential completely in your hands. You can earn as much or as little as you wish, it's all up to how much time you spend and devote to the site. Good luck and have fun with taking more time to log in.

Thank you for the response. I'm glad to hear that you have decided to become active again on myLot. This really is a great site to come to, especially if you are looking for advice on something. You can post a discussion on just about anything, and someone will give you some words of wisdom. It's also a great place to come to discuss other various topics with people from around the world. I have definitely enjoyed my time here on myLot so far, and hope to have many more discussions in the future!

I've been spending a lot of time on mylot the last three weeks. My truck has been broke down and I couldn't service my accounts so I just sat here and read and commented. I am having a lot of fun doing this but I don't think I can afford to quit my day job. I will still probably log on everyday although I won't be able to spend the whole day every day online.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. That's too bad that your truck has been broken down, but cool that you've gotten to spend more time on myLot in return. I find myLot very rewarding, in more ways than one. The small pay is just an added bonus. I look forward to logging in every day to see who all has responded to my discussions, and I love replying back to them. I love reading the new discussions in my interest groups and I try to give advice where applicable. It's such a great resource to turn to if you truly do need advice about something. I know I've received some pretty good ideas from other myLot members. I haven't heard of anyone that makes an actual living off this site though. Thank you for the input!

I just started two days ago. But so far I try to spend a couple hours every night after the kids are asleep. I know this isn't like major bucks but I figure it will help give us a little something extra. I think it's very interesting to read what everyone else here has to say. I am def. getting a lot more out of this than I expected too. And it's not hard work at all to type out my ideas or opinons about things. Thanks for asking! Happy myLotting!

I am not a regular mylot poster. Actually I will have the urge to log on here and post when I am feeling particularly chatty or if I spot topics that will stimulate me to write long posts. But lately I have been on everyday because I am less than a dollar short of payout at long last!

I dont like to consume all my time doing mylotting. sometimes I get bored of posting response. Especially if there's no subject of discussion that really catch my attention. I dont like politics and some other things to discuss.
Two hours is the max time with me here. And plus if I do a lot of responding and yet when I saw my earnings after and its so little it got me frustrated. So I have decided to do it this way.

I am a new member of mylot,it's only 7 days. I'm here just because i'm free these days. I have a full-time job. I can't beleive we can live on this. I write as more as possible for every discussion I participate in. I think it is good for my english study.
Most time i'm here is when i'm free at work. More free time more time i'm here.

Well, i've just started about a week ago or so, but since i'm having my holidays right now, i've got a little more time on my hands. But still, doing something for a long time is really monotonous and really wears you out quickly. So i spend about roughly an hour each day, not necessarily replying on every discussion i see, but whenever i think i've got some say about the matter.
My earnings aren't much though, so it's a little shame to talk about it :x

I am new here, and i spend less time here because i am busy with my study these days.I think i will pay more attention to Mylot in the future to make friends here and to learn English here and to share my experience here with all of you!
I never thought to earn money here but that sounds pretty good !
Best wishes and Good Luck to make as much money as you can.

Well, the amount of time I spend here in myLot a day really depends on how much time I have Free and feel like spending on here. I too work a Full time job and have a lot of other things going on in my life that sometimes keep me from being able to post in here everyday. I usually try to devote at least 2-3 hrs. in here when I can to post or start New discussions as well. Since I usually earn over $10 a month in here, this is a great way to earn some Extra $$ in here for other things as well. This site is exciting, and you can learn a lot and meet a lot of wonderful people as well, and Glad you have decided to want to be active in here as well.
