Do you ever have times where you are sitting and you start thinking about things, and life in general and all of the sudden your mind starts playing games on you, and it starts racing with all these different possiblities??? Then you feel like your heart is beating uncontrollably and you feel the pounding in your chest. Why do you think that some people get anxiety more then other people? Other then medication, what else can one do to calm the symptoms down?

Hey Sweetie!!
Try taking deep breaths. Sit back and relax. I pray to take my mind off what is causing the anxiety. If that doesn't work call your doctor. Everyone has their limits. When you reach your limits something has to give. So your heart races, you feel like you can't breathe. It's awful. If you have medication, take it. You need to have Faith sweetie. Hugssss

Thanks Mama ~
I was sitting her last night on the computer and my mind just started racing and it was all down hill from there. This morning was a little rough, but I got through it and now I am just tired from taking some meds.....I am just scared...I pray and have alot of people praying for us. Robert still isn't thinking rationally yet. I think its going to take a few days.....uuuuggghhh if only life was simple like a sitcom.....
I love you ~
