I am planning to buy a new graphics card for my computer, if someone could help!

Hi everyone,
I recently planned to purchse a new graphics card for my AMD machine, would a graphics card from nVidia would be good or from MSI. I would like to purchase a card card such that I can run most of the high resolution games on it!
Does anyone have a good suggestion!

Well,you can go with your move.nVidia is a good one and you can play almost all the high resolution games with it.
