I got a job interview next week, and without sufficient funds in my pocket, I cannot afford to buy new clothes for this. I'd had initial interview with the same company and I know I shouldn't be wearing the same shirt for this next interview. they might notice it. Although it has been two weeks now.
Now, i'm left with a dark green shirt to wear. My problem is, what color my tie goes well with this dark green shirt with black pants [slacks] and black leather shoes. I think my dark brown tie would be inappropriate. I'm not sure. I could be wrong.
Can someone help me?
Thanks

I'm not the expert on this, but I wear suits a lot and have my favourite combinations. When it comes to dark green, I'd prefer the light green tie with red fat stripes, or if you want to be noticed choose white tie. I have used this white one many times and people always noticed.
One more thing, you don't have have any big funds, what you need is creativity. Go to downtown or a bigger market and buy some cheap white shirt and cool looking tie, or just try to put something conservative together. Why do you worry about your outfit so much. I think they're not going to be picky on the details of your clothing as much as your personality and skills ;)

Thanks for your advice, neuronic. I'll see if the white tie looks good on the dark green shirt. I also have a tie that's lighter on green. I'll see whatever looks good.
I was asking because it's not often to be told to wear a "business attire" during the job hunt. and I want to make sure I look good on the first impression. Hehehe. :-D
