I am suppose to have a Rebate with something i bought on Amazon.com

but i dont know where to go to cash it in.. im suppose to have a mail in rebate of 20 bucks but nothing came with the order and no email about it and i cant figure out where to go to do whatever i need to do with it.. it was a monday after thanksgiving sale so its not like its still offered.. help!!

Wouldn't they just credit it back to your credit or debit card?
Something like that happened to me once. I ordered something but after the money had been taken out of my account they told me that the seller no longer had the item so the amount was credited back to my debit card. It took a few days but it was there.

lol no prob!! i also had paid with gift cards which i think would be a problem if they did that.. i bought it straight from amazon and not a dealer of theirs so i just figured it would come in the invoice or something but nope!

I usually ask the company first - most of the time they are helpful and let me know what i'm trying to find out. The rest of the time they are yahoo's and tend to just refer me to their website which didnt help me in the first place (like northwest airlines did last week to me)
