I am myloting for more then a year now sometimes pretty much sometimes once or twice a week, but today i saw something i never paid attention before. I was always taging my discussions even the discussions i answered but i saw that there is also skip option :) I never paid attention before , so do you always tag the discussion or you sometimes skip ? Does it effect the earnings?

I tend to tag the discussions I make. I don't think it affects my earnings, but it just makes sense to add keywords so that people can find it easier. Sometimes I forget to though, and if I realize that I'll usually go back and add tags. xD
Usually, I don't tag discussions I respond to because most of the time, the tags I wanted to add are already there. If I can think of something, I'll add it, but I don't make it my priority to add tags. =P Generally, I skip.

I tag my own discussions even though I don't believe they'll make much of a difference. xD When I respond to others discussions I find it even more pointless. They've already set their keywords so there's no need of me adding more. Plus, even if I wanted to, I usually have no idea what to add. I don't even read their tags to attempt adding some of my own anymore.
Some say it affects earnings, but I've never had any trouble from skipping the option. I really don't think it matters. o_o

I tend to use the skip button. Mostly because I can't figure out what should I put in the tags. Most of the times I think the title alone is saying everything and the search engine sucks.
Plus, I tend to use examples that may or may not have anything to do with the subject. For instance, if the discussion is about adopting children, and I use Angelina Jolie in some weird example for my answer, I don't think putting her name as a tag is something useful.
About the earnings? I have no idea.
