How many of you will not be spending Christmas with their husband because youre husband is out of the country? Me, I will be alone this Christmas because my husband is away. I am staying strong for us and hoping early next year we can be together.

I am lucky enough to get to spend all the holidays with my husband. My sister in law isn't so lucky. My brother in law has been over in Afghanistan since early may. He won't be coming home till atleast the end of january. she seems to be doing pretty good. she has their two kids to take care of and keep her busy. They are going to wait and do christmas when he comes home.

This is sad and brings back memories. I'm sorry you have to be alone, but you have the right attitude, make next xmas the best xmas with your husband by your side.I had to spend last xmas alone because my husband didn't have his visa yet.

Hi mae,
I know you're not alone in this situation, we are lucky this time that we have webcam and microphone to talk to them and hear their voices so, just set that date online! Enjoy!

I am with you mae. My husband is faraway from me too this Christmas and like you, it is supposed to be our first christmas together. We just got married last July and he went back to Florida last August because he lived there. Although he is starting the paperworks now, it still hard to be away from him. Is he a foreigner?

No,he is not a foreigner. We got married last July too. We we're in the same country before but I left to fix my sponsorship with him. Once, I have fixed my papers I will be able to come with him maybe early next year. But Christmas is still Christmas to spend with your love one. It is so sad that you are hanging and don't know where to things will be alright. But they said, never loose faith. I guess, I will just be spending time in front of my computer on Christmas Day so we can still be together.

me, m always celebrating christmas without my husband... only my son! not just only christamas but also special occassions like; birthdays, valentines, wedding anniversary and others. frankly, i can't appreciation these occassions without my husband. but i have nothing to do with it because he is at work. well, for now, i have to attend my son's needs and at the same my husband's needs when he is around. It's part of being married to embrace the nature of the job my husband has. Hoping that someday me, my son and my husband will be together on these very special occassions of our life.
