When you buy a dvd movie or when you watch in cinemas or theaters, do you go for the review or synopsis of the movie? or you probably want to see a movie because of the actor or actress portraying it?
For me, I would always see and research the reviews of said or on a particular movie before deciding to see and watch it. The person or the actor perhaps is a factor in choosing the movie, but sometimes it does not apply always.
How about you?

For me it is usually what the story is about. Secondly it would be if a favorite actor of mine is in it. So, I would have to say that the actor is a factor in the movie for me to some degree. I have found that for the most part if a good actor is in a movie then the movie is a good one. Usually first rate actors do not choose to do crappy movies.
Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

I would have to say that the storyline is the first thing I pay attention to and then it is the actors who are going to be starring in the movie. I will go if they story sounds good and I will also go if it is starring a favorite actor or actors of mine. Or sometimes it might be put out by a favorite director of mine and that will be the entire reason for seeing the movie.

I usually go for a movie because of the reviews I heard from others. If they say it is a good movie then I try watching it. Actors are just secondary. The plot and the moral story is what really counts.

Well it depends sometimes I watch a movie simply because of the actor or actress in it. Like in the case of Jackie Chan films I watched some of his movies when he was still being dubbed as the second Bruce Lee. I watched it simply because He's my favorite actor. This goes for Jet Li films too wherein some of his films have funny things in the plot. I've actually watched all his Once upon a time in China Series where he played the main role. However if it is a film not by ethe two of them then I just look for the plot of the story.

in pinciple, i watch a movie according to the story.
but sometimes, they are those actors , who really turned it into a disaster, even if the story is perfect.
so , i prefer watch a movie with an interesting story, played by good actors.
sometimes, you know, i think that they are a kind of actors who don't go for any silliness. i personally know some of them, so when, i heard a new movie where they are playing in, i watch it, and fortunately i was never deceived.
For me, it must have a balance between the story and the way of acting it ( especially actors).

I watch movies based on reviews far more often than just seeing it because of the actor. The actor is often a factor because there are definitely some that I really like. For that matter, there are some who's movies I would avoid as well. But I do like to know what reviews say about movies, even though I often disagree with the reviews.

I like movies and the actors because they are acting based on real life. they are just acting what the directors wants, and they act for others to know what was really happening. they also act for us to learn from it what more can i say? Happy mylotting!
