keyboard problem in laptop

m doing job in company.in our company total 6 laptops n systems .one of 6 laptop's key board shift keys hav stopped working .Anyone pls tell me the reason of this.

did u try cleanin the laptop? once my friends laptop's enter key wasnt working so we cleaned the laptop keys n then ti started workign! hope i helped happy lottin n have a nice day!

I maintian laptop n all systems properly.There is no chance like this.thanks N continue ur reply....

maybe it's the hardware problem,that's to say,they have to check it out at a laptop service place.
