I exercise 3-4 days a week. I'm trying to get myself up to 6 days a week with one day for rest.

I exercise at least three times a week, running and lifting weights at the gym. At first I thought I would regret getting a gym membership, but I think it's practically paying for it's self.

Going gym regularly is a good idea I guess. For me it's difficult to exercise alone at home.
