Oh my Gosh, where do I begin! We purchased a new Mattress, Box Spring and the most heavy duty Frame that Sit and Sleep sells. We spent over $1000.00 for this set. When we first started shopping we tried the Simmons mattresses. We shopped off and on for a couple weeks and kept going back to the same mattress on the show room floor. We ended up purchasing this mattress and within 2 weeks found that the middle bunched up. Everytime my husband and I tried to roll over toward each other we found that we were rolling up hill. Sit and Sleep were very cooperative and when we complained they arranged for a complete Mattress exchange. After another couple weeks we were having the same problem so we went back to Sit and Sleep and checked out the Sealy's. We previously owned a Sealy for over 10 years and were completely satisfied so we decided to go back to that brand. It cost us more money for the mattress we chose, as well as being charged a 20% re-stock fee for the Simmons mattress we returned. We thought, we are in good shape now! Well here we are 30 days later with the same EXACT problem! We contacted Sit and Sleep and they arranged for an inspector to come out. He Came, He measured and we got a letter from Sit and Sleep saying "Impressions are within tolerance of the manufacturing guidelines for this model" which means, we are stuck. According to their Mfg Warranty the Body Indentions must be 1 1/2" or greater. When I measured the indentions is almost 1", so that's where they got us I think. We are having such a hard time sleeping on this mattress. We toss and turn and my husband has been visiting our Chiropractor more because of this. Does anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone gone through this type of thing? So far we have almost $1500.00 invested in this huge piece of Foam that takes up most of our Bedroom!! We are feeling very helpless! It seems like we would have been better off purchasing a cheap $200 mattress. Even the inspector told us that the mattress manufacturers are not making mattresses the way they use too. Buyer Beware for Sure!
