Raw fruits or juices ??

What do you prefer,eating raw fruits or having tasty fruit juices ?? I like having tasty fruit juices than having raw fruits. But most of them are saying that fruit juices didn't have any proteins or vitamins that raw fruit contains. But I don't think so.I always like to have some tasty fruit juices , because it refreshes our mind too...and what about you all..Share your opinions...

I prefer eating raw fruits as its very tough for me to make preparations and take out the juicer to make the juice.If it takes 1 minute to eat raw fruits then why to waste 10 minutes in making juice.
But I like juices more than fruits but i take fruits more than juices.

Hi Krishnarjun, I don't like to eat raw fruits; but I don't mind fruit juices (not the store bought ones). We have a blender that we can extract juice from fruits or vegetables. So this will ensure that we are getting the real thing!

I like both but I often eat fresh ripe fruits. I like their crunchy tasty texture and I enjoy it more if they are chilled and fresh.

I like both raw fruits and fresh fruit juices. I'm not sure about whether the fruit juices have less proteins or vitamins than raw fruits. But i do believe the fruit juices that are not from fresh fruits is not that healthy for us as it contains too much sugar and sometimes colouring. So, normally i just drink fresh fruit juices since it is healthier.

I like both juice and raw fruit. Fruit eaten raw doesn have more fiber and is much more filling than juice is. Another benefit of raw fruit is that it is lower in calories than juice because it takes a lot of pieces of raw fruit to extract 6-8 oz of juice.

Even I have heard that having raw fruits is better than having fruit juices. Especially if you are having juices from stores. They are usually artificially preserved and their sugar content is very high. You will hardly benefit from the store purchased fruit juices. They lose all their vitamins and minerals during the process (even if it is home-made). If you want the benefits of vitamins and other goodness of fruits then its best to have it raw. Fruits are best consumed when you it as it is. naturally.
