hi to all my friends and myloters members i have to share so discussion with you peoples i have a question aries in my mind that you peoples take green tea after meal. well in pakistan most of the people take green tea after meal i also take green tea when i want to drink it. did your country peoples or you and your faimly members takin green tea after meal Thank you have a nice day to all

No, I do not drink green tea after meals, but I'm thinking about buying some. I would like to know if you put sugar in your green tea? I heard that it is very good for you, but I just wondered about how much if any sugar too add.
