I just have to post this. I made this tonight for supper. I take fillets of Mahi Mahi.... that's a type of fish.... Then I make sure it's defrosted. I mix in a bowl the juice from half a lemon and 2 tablespoons of butter... This is for 2 decent sized fillets.... If you make more, i would add more of each, but you may have enough here for 3 fillets. Make sure the butter is melted... mix it up really good. Add just a dash of salt..... Then put a little cooking oil and about 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. start the frying pan on low, just to melt the butter... while doing this put 1 fillet of the fish in the mix.... make sure that you cover both sides of it and place it in the frying pan. Do the same with the remaining fillets.... Pan fry it until done.. it should look golden brown... It is very good. After you have it out of the pan... if you have any mix left, you can pour it over for added flavor and I always put more lemon juice and salt on mine. I hope you all enjoy this.....

My favorite fish recipe is just easy. Fried Tilapia garnished with shrimp paste, onion, kalamansi or sometimes i use fish sauce.
But asidefrom Tilapia i also tasted what my husband cook and they cook the best fish curry in India, the Goan fish curry. It is mouth watering flavorful dish that captures every tongue to like its seafood cuisine.
It is made of fish called mackerel, with spices and chili and how the Goans prepare it in their own unique way that makes their fish curry special than other states fish curry.

Both of those sound very good. I will have to try them. I am a big fish person... I like tilapia really well, so I will definitely try it.

I buy some red snapper or something like it and layer in a glass loaf pan with sliced sweet onions, mushrooms and afew snow pea pods. I add alittle garlic, salt and pepper and lemon. Bake on about 350 for about half an hour. It is delicious.

That sounds really good. I'd like to try that sometime. I've never had snapper though. Is it a mild fish like Tilapia or Mahi Mahi? or is it more like catfish and some of those?

I've never had it, but I'd love to try it. I love fish... any kind... usually.. I'm not big on oysters or scallops, but I like most other kinds of seafood.

That sounds good. My boyfriend is not that big of a fish person, so if I can get some recipies that he likes, I'll fix them, cause I love fish.
