When it comes to money, do you live for the moment or carefully plan before spending anything?

I am a planner. Very rarely do I just go out and spend money spontaneously. I am sure to pay whatever bills have to be paid before I do anything else, then, I will think about what has to be bought, take care of that, then, I may purchase something that is wanted.
