personally i feel that the friends we get in school are the real ones, since that time we are innocent and dont judge anyone on his/her background etc.later in life, once we enter professional life we make professional friends, and then if i am useful to them and vice versa, the friendship develops.once we grow up its not easy to get unselfish friendship.what do you all have to say?i will go one step further and say that in this commercialised world even friendship is commercialised.

Yes, i'm agree. Once there is step into benefit, it is hard to have the true friendship as before. I was thought to have group of good friends, but i didn't notice they just purposely doing things behind me. It makes me angry and sad.

I have to disagree with that comment. I think that many of the friends we make in school are not the real ones. While we are in school, we are still developing and becoming the person we will be in our adult lives. These changes lead people to end friendships. I also find that many friends that were made in school are not real friends. They like to use you for the convenience of having someone to do things with, but I'm sure this is not true for everyone. I must say that I have made one really good friend from school.
