Do you often eat instant noodles?

Many people often eat instant noodles because they are busy in working.It is no time to cooking,while the instant noodles save much time for them.But if you often eat it,it isn't benifit to your body.It is fried,higt heat and antiseptic.Althogh I know that I eat instant noodles sometimes but not often.I don't know what can I eat in school lunch service that menu is too single.I have to choose instant noodles.
Do you often eat instant noodles? Why?

I often eat instant noodles at the school,now do not like to eat because of a bad stomach ;now sometimes eat instant noodles,because I am a bit lazy,do not want to cook!

Yup, when I'm alone at home and too lazy to cook - instant noodles is fine for me. Or when I feel hungry in the middle of the night, and there's nothing interesting to eat.

Hi CandyCherry, I do remember when I always eating instant noodles is when I working until midnight for a period, and there is no one selling food and no 24hours store for me, then I have no choice to choose instant noodles for my supper or breakfast.
It really not healthy after I eat about a week for instant noodles, after that I stop eating instant noodles.
I buy some bread for my supper.

I love ramen noodles. It's the only thing college students eat. LOL Just joking, that's not true. But it's perfect when you need something fast or just to fill you up for a little bit. They taste good and are easy to make. No one has ever told me that they don't like instant noodles.
