Notebook can't installation XP, How can I do ?

well,which brand of laptop do you own?go to the vendor's offical website to see if they have downloadable drivers of your model for windowsXP.if they have, download and save them to your harddisk.then,you should entry the BIOS setup when you power on your laptop,set CD-ROM/DVD-ROM as the first boot device and HDD/HDD-O as second.save and exit the BIOS setup and your laptop will restart,put the windowsXP system installation disk into you optical driver,the computer will boot from your optical driver and the screen will display "press anykey to entry XP installation" then do what the install wizzard tells you.hope this helps.

how do you install the XP? are you trying to install XP while your runing Vista OS? thats is imposible, because Vista is higher than XP, vista will not allow you to install XP.. in order to install XP, you must use a bootable Xp disk..

I know that happen most of the time with most HP laptops you just need to change some settings in the bios menu and everything will be okay. I am sure you need to remove Vista from your laptop and install xp, is that correct Lianchenjian? if so please supply the details of the laptop(model and brand name)
